Anna was trained as s physicist in Germany, where she received an M.Sc. from the University of Heidelberg. She completed her Ph.D. in computational neuroscience at the University of Zurich, where she worked with Prof. Dr. Jean-Pascal Pfister on non-linear filtering in general, its application to neural data, and on how the nervous system might perform such filter. She joins the lab as an Early Postdoc.Mobility fellow, awarded by the Swiss National Science Foundation.
